The first steps
Tat Win was founded with responsibility, quality, and a desire to improve as founding principles — still practised today.

Tat Win was founded in 2001 with responsibility, quality, and a desire to improve as guiding principles. From a regional producer in Songkhla, Thailand, we have grown to supply buyers across the world — the only latex concentrate manufacturer to hold ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, FSC™ CoC, SEDEX, EU REACH, UK REACH, and Halal certifications simultaneously.
What makes us different is our obsession with traceability, our commitment to the 20,000+ smallholder farmers who supply us, and our in-house NIR laboratory. Certifications validate our process. Our people and our systems are what sustain it.
We regularly provide free health checks and vaccinations, update our equipment, and employ technology that reduces energy consumption, waste, and protects worker safety.
Tat Win is guided by an input-output approach to sustainability — weighing every business decision against its social, economic, and environmental cost, not just its commercial return.
Since 2021, we have been producing a latex concentrate of consistent quality — with a carbon output that is among the lowest in the industry. We continue to work on gradual decrements, aiming for carbon neutrality by 2030.

Kee Long Foo joined, established new quality standards, modernised marketing, and forged lasting client partnerships across new global markets. The first major transformation.
Jerry Foo joined and spearheaded ISO standards and operations automation — the second major transformation, aligning Tat Win to international procedures.
Tat Win achieved FSC™ CoC certification (C151320) — offering sustainability-sourced and responsibly-produced latex as a natural progression of its founding principles.
Frequently invited by NGOs to advocate responsible business practices — aligning with UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights.
The third major transformation: building a synchronised, coordinated supply chain as a technologically-powered, data-driven latex provider for both upstream and downstream.
Tat Win is currently the only latex concentrate manufacturer in the world to hold all of the following simultaneously.
