Better latex through science, ethics and engineering

Trusted latex concentrate since 2001

Traceable to the tree. Engineered & tested to your process.

Our process

From plantation to production — engineered at every step

Our supply network spans 20,000+ smallholder farmers across 4,480+ certified hectares in Southern Thailand's rubber belt.

Dedicated collection centres feed a single-site production facility in Sadao — 120 GEA centrifuge units running to tight QC protocols, 24 hours a day.

Every batch passes through our in-house NIR quality control laboratory before dispatch — the only one of its kind among Thai latex producers. We validate viscosity, particle size, and chemical stability in-house, then ship with full traceability from farmer ID to Bill of Lading.

Products

Built for the most demanding applications

Latex concentrate storage tanks at the Tat Win facility

Four products covering the full spectrum of latex needs — from HA concentrate for long-haul supply chains to custom laboratory formulations for processes with exact specifications.

  • High Ammonia latex concentrate with ≥60% DRC. Maximum shelf stability for long-distance shipping. Consistent particle size, full FSC™ CoC traceability. The industry standard for examination gloves, surgical gloves, condoms, catheters, and adhesives.
  • Low Ammonia Tetramethylthiuram (TZ) concentrate — engineered for processes requiring minimal ammonia exposure without sacrificing mechanical stability. Suitable for sensitive applications including healthcare and food-contact products.
  • Processed to consistent grade specifications. High plasticity retention index (PRI ≥40%), consistent Wallace plasticity, low dirt content. Supplied to manufacturers requiring reliable, graded solid rubber at scale.
  • Our in-house NIR laboratory is the only one of its kind among Thai latex producers. We develop formulations to your exact viscosity profile, particle size, and chemical stability thresholds — so what leaves our facility performs in yours.
There shouldn't be any compromise between your latex — the people who make them and the planet that is sharing it with us.
Sustainability

The most auditable latex supply chain in Thailand

FSC™ CoC certified (C151320). EUDR-ready with polygon-mapped supply data. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Halal, Green Industry, SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar, California Prop 65, ECHA REACH, and UK REACH — the world's most complete certification stack for latex concentrate.

In 2024, Tat Win co-signed the UN IOM Migration framework and contributed to the Global Framework for Responsible Recruitment alongside IKEA and global brands. Responsible sourcing, verified traceability, and worker welfare aren't compliance boxes — they are how we operate.
