Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us, and the rights you hold over it.
Last updated: 17 June 2026
Tat Win Company Limited (“Tat Win”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise. We are the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, enquiry type, and the message you write. For security and fraud-prevention purposes, our server also records the IP address and browser user-agent of the submitting device at the moment of submission.
Like most websites, we use Google Tag Manager and may load analytics that set cookies to measure aggregate, non-identifying usage. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site’s content.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your contact-form data for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential or existing business relationship. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Our lawful bases are your consent (given when you submit the form), our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and, where a relationship proceeds, the performance of a contract. Technical data (IP, user-agent) is processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and no longer than is reasonable for that purpose. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are reviewed periodically and deleted once they no longer serve a legitimate business need.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you — for example, our hosting and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) and the email service we use to reply. These providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers. Where a provider stores data outside Thailand, we rely on that provider’s safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies to you, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data, or to restrict how we use it;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- request a portable copy of the data you gave us; and
- lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at followup@tatwin.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Security
Data submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on infrastructure protected by access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.
