Farmer and plantation data is recorded at source. Each supplier is registered and verified — name, land parcel, location coordinates.
Field latex arrives at our facility. Batch is tagged with plantation origin, harvest date, and supplier ID. The chain begins here.
Raw latex is processed into concentrate. Each batch receives a unique production ID linked to its origin data. Processing records are logged in full.
NIR and wet-chemistry testing verifies DRC, TSC, VFA, KOH, MST. All results are recorded against the batch ID. FSC documentation is prepared.
Batch is sealed and prepared for export. FSC CoC paperwork, test results, and full traceability documentation travel with every shipment.
