Connected end to end
Apps and a shared database link every department — collection, lab, production, dispatch. A record entered once follows the latex the whole way through.
Chain-of-Custody certified concentrate (FSC™ C151320), traceable from certified estates to delivery.
Tat Win is FSC™ Chain of Custody certified — FSC™ C151320. Every batch of certified latex is identified and tracked from forest to your door.
Audited annually by an independent body. Not a claim we make, but one a third party verifies — every year.
Independent verification of responsible sourcing — so your own audits arrive already backed by third-party proof.
Beyond the chain of custody, Tat Win is committed to how the forest itself is managed. These are the commitments we declare — and hold ourselves to — against the ten principles of the FSC™ Forest Management (FM) standard, each underpinned by our own sustainable forest management policies.
We manage our forest plantations in line with all applicable laws, regulations, and agreements governing sustainable forest management, and with FSC™ requirements — so that resource use stays responsible, transparent, and sustainable.
We support fair, lawful employment — appropriate pay and benefits, opportunities to develop, and the basic safety and occupational-health protections every worker is entitled to.
We respect and protect the legal rights and the customary and cultural rights of Indigenous peoples and local communities.
We work with local communities to improve quality of life and support sustainable development — giving them room to take part, share their views, and use land and resources appropriately, on terms agreed together.
We keep our raw materials and processes — concentrated latex, skim crepe, skim block — aligned with sustainable forest management, and we support communities in making appropriate use of plantation resources and non-timber products, on mutually agreed terms.
We work to conserve forest resources and reduce our environmental impact: safe chemical management, protection of water sources, less chemical use where we can, and proper disposal of containers and waste.
We develop and regularly review our plantation management plans against FSC™ requirements — setting objectives and practices that hold economic, social, and environmental aims together, and improving them over time.
We run a traceability system across the supply chain, so raw material can be shown to come from legal sources, free of deforestation — and we review and strengthen our policies, practices, and management systems continuously.
We prioritise the protection of High Conservation Value (HCV) areas, and manage our plantations with the care needed to avoid harm to conservation-significant areas and natural resources.
We carry out plantation management in a systematic, responsible way — mindful of safety, good housekeeping, sensible use of resources, and reducing environmental impact — following our own established procedures.

Chain of custody isn't a document we attach — it's the spine of how we work.
Before it was a regulation or a certificate, traceability was a system we built for ourselves. Every stage of the supply chain is live, interconnected, and locked — so a record entered at the tree can't be quietly rewritten later. That is what synchronised means. And one number opens all of it.
One number opens the whole chain — plantation polygons today; machine, worker, and tanker details soon.
Each supplier's plot is polygon-mapped, verified, and risk-mitigated before it is certified compliant. Provenance starts at the tree.
Compliant and non-compliant latex are kept apart, weighed, and logged in our app — a record that can't be fudged.
Each lot is ingested to the right production line and tank, its identity travelling with it.
Concentration and QC run against the batch record — line, date, and results all tied to the source.
On dispatch, the Bill of Lading / Delivery Order is issued, bound to your order number.
Apps and a shared database link every department — collection, lab, production, dispatch. A record entered once follows the latex the whole way through.
Key steps are sealed with third-party timestamps and independent verification, so records can't be back-dated or quietly edited. The proof holds up to an auditor.
Customers trace any order through the same system we use internally — provenance, documents, and test results on demand. No request forms, no waiting on us.
We are extending Synchronised Traceability™ to the public. Soon a QR code on the product will open the exact plantation polygon your latex came from — on any phone, no login required.
FSC certifies the chain. Synchronised Traceability™ is how we run it — our own standard, with or without the label.
