The Forest Stewardship Council streamlines the path to EUDR compliance

The new offering, FSC Aligned for EUDR, aims to help businesses meet the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requirements for trading forest-based products. It includes:

1. FSC Aligned Certification for EUDR: Available from 1 July 2024, this module builds on FSC’s standards to meet EUDR regulatory expectations in risk assessment, due diligence, and supply chain transparency.
2. FSC Aligned Reporting for EUDR: Launching 30 August 2024, this automated system will aid companies in generating required due diligence reports and statements, enhancing traceability and data management.
